OFG’s journey actually began in an unexpected way at St. Oscar Romero Secondary Catholic School. Originally, it was meant to be a clothing brand created by a group of friends who wanted to spread a positive, faith-based message through fashion. The idea was exciting, but things didn’t go as planned, and the brand didn’t take off.
Instead of giving up, we took it as a sign to do something even deeper. Rather than focusing on clothing, we realized we could bring people closer to God by creating a Bible study group. That’s when OFG transformed into the group it is today—a space for teens to connect, study the Bible, and grow in their faith. What started as a brand has now become a community, where we’re driven to live out our faith and encourage each other.

At OFG—Only Fear God—we’re dedicated to helping teens grow closer to God in a world filled with distractions. Our mission is simple but powerful: to create a space where young people can explore, understand, and live out their faith with courage and authenticity. The name Only Fear God captures our commitment to put God above all else, letting His wisdom guide our lives and decisions.
We believe that true strength comes from faith, that every question has a place, and that no one should have to walk the journey alone. Our values are rooted in respect, openness, and a deep desire to understand God’s Word. At OFG, we’re not about perfect people but about those who are seeking, growing, and supporting each other along the way.

Who can join OFG?

How often does OFG meet?
We hold weekly meetings, with options to join virtually or in person. Each session is designed to be interactive, with a mix of Bible study, discussion, and practical applications for everyday life.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself! We often use digital resources, so having a smartphone or tablet can be helpful, but it’s not required. Weekly readings and passages will also be printed and made ready for all those who attend!
Is OFG only for Catholics?
No! Although OFG started at a Catholic school, we welcome teens from all backgrounds. Our group is all about fostering an inclusive space where everyone can explore faith together.
How can I join the virtual meetings?

What if I’m new to the Bible?
